This is the flagship program I run, where a few trainers work together over a six-month period to improve our skills, our business practices, and our professional strategies to ensure we have the careers we want. These are always fun, because you’ll work with me and you’ll usually learn from the other trainers, too. This is the greatest bang-for-the-buck Three Ships experience.


1:1 COACHING

Maybe you already know what’s holding you back. You’re completely clear on the roadblock, and you just need some dedicated attention to overcome it. I would love to work with you on that! I offer shorter-term “spot consulting” where we spend one hour (ish) isolating your problem and one hour (give or take) figuring out a solution, or a 90-day program where we dive in deep on improving your specific situation during weekly 1-1 videocalls.

Eric Mayle

Personal Trainer, Writer, Rock and Roll Disciple, and Pro Wrestling Enthusiast.

Eric got into the fitness business in 2015, when he realized he was not sleazy enough to sell cars and not slick enough to sell stocks.

Since then, the art, craft, and science of personal training has been his primary waking thought, and in a field that is very much still growing up, he’s managed to become decent and earn a living at it. When he’s not training, he’s probably playing his guitar, playing with his dog, reading, boxing, or working on his screenplay. He is an unashamed fan of KISS, a supporter of St Jude Children’s hospital, and constantly on the hunt for the world’s best chicken strips.
